8.1 All content on the 356ph platform — including but not limited to the 356ph name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 356ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 356ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 12.1 356ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
12.2 Voluntary Closure. A player may voluntarily close their 356ph account at any time by contacting support through live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to pending investigation or bonus wagering restrictions will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.
